Micronized Calcite Facilities
This production line, with low energy and maintenance costs, is used for sizing and micronizing calcite and similar minerals.
The production line consists of a combination of various machines, including a feed hopper, hammer crusher, dust collection system, micronized screens, rotary valves, and valves.
Calcite and similar minerals, sized 50-100 mm, entering the hammer crushers are reduced to 0-5 mm by the machine. During operation, the dust is filtered using a bag filter. The material exiting the crusher passes through micronized screens, sized to various microns, and then screened.
The screened material is then placed in big-bags or silobas silos ready for sale.
