Material is Crushed in 3 Ways in Hammer Crushers. When the material to be crushed enters the hammer crusher, it undergoes a three-stage crushing process:

  1. In this stage, the entering stone is hit by hammers against the opposite wall.

  2. In this stage, the stone coming from the opposite wall is crushed by rubbing against each other.

  3. In this stage, the material, which we call the final product, is crushed between the lower point of the hammer and the grid plate, resulting in the final product.

The final product’s particle size is directly proportional to the screen opening, hammer structure, and machine speed.
